How calculation and content errors are handled.
We welcome reports of possible errors. Reproducible calculator issues are prioritized because even a small implementation error can affect many users.
When a substantive error is confirmed, the tool should be corrected, retested and its page updated. Material interpretation changes may also be noted within the relevant page.
To report an issue, include the page URL, the values entered, the displayed result and the result you expected.
